IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING VISA APPLICATIONS :
To check if you need a Visa to enter Ireland for this event, you should click here: Visit Ireland – Travel Path – Immigration Service Delivery (irishimmigration.ie) Once you have checked your eligibility on this page, this site will provide links for you to request the relevant Visa document if applicable. Timely applications for Visa’s are encouraged.
Please note: Where a Visa Support Letter is required, we are happy to issue this to you, once you have paid in full for any registration and accommodation for this event. Visa Support Letters will not be issued until payment has been received in full by the applicant.
To request a Visa Support Letter, please email: registrationOCEANS2023@ul.ie, with a copy of your conference payment receipt and we will then action your request.
