Registration info
Each paper must have as a minimum one author full registration fee paid in order to be included in the technical programme and published in IEEEXplore. One author registration fee can cover up to 3 papers (registered persons can be co-authors). However, if the presenter is different from the full fee registered co-author, the presenter can pay a discounted rate as applicable (For example: eligible students can register with a student registration fee once they have a full fee registered co-author). The crux is that all papers to be presented need one full fee registration. Authors access the registration link through the AUTHOR DASHBOARD.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or requests for refunds must be submitted in writing (email is sufficient) on or before 1st May 2023. Cancellation after 1st May and before 20th May 2023 will result in 50% of the total fee paid being deducted from each registration. No refunds will be issued for any cancellations received after 20 May 2023. Send all requests to RegistrationOCEANS2023@ul.ie and include “Conference Cancellation” in the subject line

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
In order to qualify for the Early Bird Registration fee, payment must be submitted to the designated registration bank account by April 25, 2023. If payment is not received by the Early Bird deadline, the registration will be subject to the Regular registration fee.
Type of registration:
Full delegate registration packages include access to technical sessions, exhibits, and all social events (Ice Breaker Reception, Lunch (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), Exhibitors Reception, and Gala Dinner).
One Day registration packages include a single day access to technical sessions, exhibits, breaks and lunch on the day of attendance. This registration package does not include any social events or additional extras.
Gala Dinner tickets (if not included in your registration package and depending on availability) may be purchased through the registration link.
EXHIBITORS will be registered through a separate link.
